SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is limited to the United States and Canada, and orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.  However, in most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 24-hours. Our standard time period allows for payment confirmation and product production, when necessary. We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground as our primary shipping methods to properly track and confirm your order. Shipping rates are weight-based for all orders under $50 and reflected in your shopping cart during check-out. The weight of each item can be found on the detail product page. We do our best to pack and ship your products economically and securely. If the shipping rate of your order is over-calculated by $5.00 or more, a refund will be applied to your PayPal or credit card within 7 days. (Shipping over-calculations less than $5 are not refunded.) If the shipping rate of your order is under calculated by $5.00 or less, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card for the difference due without first contacting you to expedite the shipping process.
Canadian orders shipped via USPS will be assessed an additional $3.00 Handling fee.

RETURN POLICY



Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returned items for re-sale.  However, we will work with you to find a product that more closely matches your preferences.  We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business day. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
