Helpful Hint: If you prefer to not have the herbs floating in your tub, but still desire the herbal benefits, place the desired amount of mineral bath in a muslin, nylon or organza bag.  While the minerals desolve in the warm water, the herbs are held at bay in the bag.  Discard contents after use.
